Default Dx logs - 3/11/2010 0200-0300utc 25 & 31 meters mostly

Bruce,

It's a fun radio, the G5 that is, rarely overloads, and does the job
off the whip. I prefer it over the 750 (which I returned) because it's
much more portable. It's the perfect size in my opinion. Only wish it
had a 5khz tuning instead of the 1khz.

I got a G6 I use also but always need to hook up a wire via a gator
clip to get good reception on. The G6 with a set of headphones does
well. Deaf on longwave and useless on the airband.

My 350SL just sits in my shed now as a radio if I am working outside.

My G8 is my latest radio. It sucks on shortwave, overloads badly but
is a good AM dxing radio. I would say equal to the G5 on AM reception.
