Now you're concerning me. Oxycontin depresses the central nervous
system, you go to sleep...and you may never wake up. A very treacherous
drug.

He's got some extreme back pain. That alone can be debilitating.

If that's the case, he needs to go to Pain Management and get an
epidural corticosteroid injection.

If chronic pain, have you gone to a clinic that specializes in that

Yes, I have gone to a clinic. Good results there until recently, but

He WAS going to a pain management clinic. Sometimes, they make you sign
a contract not to use any other meds. I'm strictly reading between
the lines here, but it almost sounds like the pain clinic dumped him for
violating the contract...??? (just a guess)

I just had a 45 minute consult with a PM MD. He told me as long as
there were no "safety" issues, he'll give me what I ask for (within
reason). The last thing you want to do is fly off the handle. They
could have been "testing" him.

1) Not sure why they would be "testing him" -- or even what you mean by
that.

2) From his post, it -appears-, for whatever reason, he had a falling
out with his PM clinic.

3) It's fine that YOU have a good working relationship with YOUR pm doc
in liberal California, but I would respectfully suggest that this is
meaningless when applied to Lare and HIS doc in ultra-conservative Holland.

I reccomend St.Dominic here in Jackson. http://www.stdom.com

Liberal? Buck McKeon is my congressman. Except for a few heavily
populated urban areas on the coast, Cali is red.

The Van, 1996 movie is on the FMC channel right now.Colm Meaney, Donal
O'Kelly, Ger Ryan.Unemployed pals experience success and strained
relations after turning and abandoned van into a fast food stand for
sporting events.

Where else in the World would you see half the town turning out and
helping to push that old two bit van? and they were doing hand stands
and cart wheels, it was like a party.
Only in Ireland.
