I'm sure he could cash in one of his countless stocks or bonds. He uses
his Rolex collection as paper weights for all the pension and disability
cheques he's receiving.

Also consider that he's saving a fortune by using a socialist form of
payment for all his medical services. Privatized, for profit health care
is for OTHER people.

Mind you, I've found it ironic that someone with an alleged musical
background could go for years without a sound card in the computer. Weird..

Nothing weird about it. I'm in the audio business, and didn't
have a sound card in my computer, either.

A Google Groups account can be set up in 5 minutes so something
doesn't ring true. Whatever.

I don't think he wants one. I am, however, happy with mine.

So, I use Google and it doesn't suck for me. Should I take your post
as an insult?

I recommended Eternal-September, as well. Been on it for about a
year, myself, without issues.

So, he's got options. Google is less than a practical solution,
because of the graphics on the pages. As I recall, he's on a dial-up.

Then, again, he may be in no hurry, either. I took more than a
year off of USENet, myself.
