Pirate radio review from Free Radio Network relayed by WBNY network.
2000UTC -2012 UTC 6925kHz USB
At least thats what I can make out through the static. The WBNY part
is easy to get because of all the weird music, voices, and commercials
advertising WBNY hats, t-shirts, etc.

by audio ID as BEAR Radio. TV picture was of a bear.
Decoded with MMSSTV.
