if it's N or S from Kyonggi. Not clear, but every minute to two the
smattering of crashes clears up and you can hear talking.

Voice of Korea is Pyeongyang.

Not sure what the ROK station is, can't hear it here (too far for ground
wave, too close for skip). I hear VOK fairly often, even sometimes in
English. DPRK broadcast radio is interesting to listen to on occasion. It's
a little like that Yakov Smirnov joke:

Channel 1 has propaganda and martial music and songs and poetry to the Dear
Leader.

Channel 2 has secret police telling you to turn back to channel 1.
