Modern chips are fabricated with 45nM features and the move is on to 22nM, which means even 1 volt would arc over them. Do the math. You wouldn't have time to do any mathematical musings. Any thermonuclear activity strong enough to produce more than a mere click in your receiver would have to be close enough to include you in its blast zone, and would likely sublime you and your calculator, abacus, or whatever device you were using to distract yourself.
