Default Upper bands active today/tonight

Made a contact with Italy on 21.24 MHz at 7:30 PM local time / 1:30 AM
his time (just running 100 watts).

Also, could hear a JT1 - Mongolia weak on 14.245 at 23:30UT.

I've worked Italy on psk31 with 30 Watts. Sometimes I can cover N.
America with less than 1 Watt. I can't wait 'til the sun spots come back.


Conditions seem to be slowly improving. But we could sure use a few
more sunspots.
