9665 KHz in EE July 19, 2010 0050-0100 UTC then Slavic language (not
Russian or Polish).
Radio Shack DX-300 10m long wire indoors
Piedmont, NC

Is this group actually in Moldova? Or are they some dissident group
buying air time from an out of country broadcaster?
i haven't been able to find much about them other than a listing in
eibispace.de
Do these folks have a website?
www.RadioDMR.org, which was announced at the end of the English BC,
just gets a 404 error.

Hmm, did the show itself start at 0050 or is that when you just
happened to catch it? I couldn't find anything for it. This is one of
the three databases I check. I typed in your info and this is the
groups I came up with.
