Default Some of you may dismiss Keefe Bartels, but they have direct evidence

BMW knew about the problems with HD Radio (same with Jag) starting
back in 2007 with this TSB:

http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...00#post4120400

Also, with this BMW trouble-shooting guide:

http://www.1addicts.com/forums/attac...8&d=1208129033

BMW has continued to install standard HD Radio without a retrofit kit
or procedure available to fix the problems (they are unfixable)
passing the costs of installing HD Radio onto unsuspecting consumers.
Keefe Bartels is investigating other automakers, too, and also false
claims by iBiquity, which can be proved. Non-HD broadcasters are also
getting involved over lost revenue due to IBLOCK jamming, degradation
of their analog signals, loss of coverage, etc... Keefe Bartels is not
going away - LOL!
