SMS - I'll know more shortly, after someone I know talks with Keefe,
but I have a pretty good idea:

"Yesterday I phoned their toll-free number. *The receptionist gave me
the address not for John Keefe, but for his secretary. I spent several
hours on that email before I sent it last night, and I got a
bounceback saying delivery failed. *But by that time (around 10:30) I
had an email from Keefe saying he would call me today. *So I
immediately highlighted and copied his email address from his message
to my Yahoo account, and pasted it into the "To" box on a forward of
the Hotmail original. *Within minutes, I had another bounceback. I
then tried pasting the entire original into my Yahoo account and
sending it from there. *It bounced back to Yahoo, too. This morning I
called their office again and spoke with the office manager. *She gave
me here office email address, and it bounced back from that, too. *So
I called back and asked her if she could set up a new free Hotmail
account for the express purpose of receiving the message. She did, and
sent me the address: I was able to receive your e-mail with the
attachment at the hotmail account I set up. *And, like you, was unable
to forward it to our keefebartels.com address. *I’ve reached out to
our network consultant that set up our spam/AV software and I’m
guessing our system thinks it is spam or because of all the links. *I
printed the e-mail and the attachment from the hotmail account and
will give to John Keefe for his review."

Boy, you should have seen what this guy emailed Keefe - LMFAO!!!
Keefe may hae been already aware because they have been visiting my
blog since May (I didn't know who they were).

Here come the ambulance chasers:
