Aside from the fact that you're nuts....

If such a law existed (minus the lunacy about shooting someone who smokes in
your house.. that would never in a million years fly..), it would be too
easy to abuse it, ie if you wanted to kill someone and get away with it, all
you would have to do is make sure they were in your house under any pretense
and blow them away.

Do you own a gun? Can you use it well? Do you know when to shoot
someone, and when not to? Do you realize mentally ill people can and
quite possibly will attack you for no apparent reason? Do you realize
drugs can cause people to attack you for no apparent reason? Etc., etc.

If not: Do you own good stuff? Do you have children which can be
molested? Are you worth any money?

If yes, YOU NEED A GUN! If all that is not taken care of, YOU NEED
