Radio Yellowknife @2300 UTC on 6932.5 kHz AM weak signal with some Bob
Dylan

WLDJ @ 2315 UTC on 6924.93 USB with namesake tune - "There goes the
last DJ" - moderate signal with classic rock - repeated last DJ @
2331UTC

Default Pirates on the air

Heard both Yellowknife and Wolverine myself on Sunday the 20th UTC
time.

Also: Hard Tack Radio signing off with a station ID, e-mail address
(already responded to my report with an e-QSL, thanks!) and "Dixie"on
6925.05 USB at 0100 UTC; an unidentified station playing electronic
music on 6935 USB at 0354 UTC; and an unidentified station playing
music and airing announcements in Portuguese on 6934.99 USB (Brazilian
pirate?) noted from 0010 to 0020 UTC.

David,

I heard the Portugese too. Might have been a malfunctioning Brazilian
transmitter because (accroding to the FRN) they were heard on two
other frequencies besides 6935. They definitely had some good audio -
lots of bass. Check out this site when you need help ID'ing a pirate:
