The Washington Post babbled again today about Obama inheriting
a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough, a lot of people swallow this
nonsense.
So once more, _a short civics lesson.


Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress
and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 _is the
Democratic Party_.


Off the books spending on two illegal wars (which then Senator Obama
voted against BTW) and a trillion dollar Medicare expansion were a big
part of the Obama deficit. If you can't dig below the surface you should
not be allowed to participate.

It is pretty ****ing obvious that the Republicans are trying to bankrupt
the country and blame it on anyone else.
