Heard the SF ATC on 5547 kHz USB here last night
the ATC had a Canada Flight switch over to 6673 kHz
USB : Tuned to 6673 kHz and heard more traffic there.

Can you hear the planes give their positions over the Aleutians? That's
when you know you have it dialed in pretty good.

COMSTA Kodiak (USCG SAR) is a good catch this time of year. I don't
think ATC goes above 8843 in the winter.
