Ya know, I heard something today, briefly, about those damn
Liberal/Democrat/Marxist/Socialist's up in Wisconsin (on the other
side of The
Cheddar Curtain), being possibly detained, AND, being brought back to
the
Capitol in chains to be present to vote.

Yes, but common decency trumps greed...

Spare me, Bruce. The only 'greedy' in this case are the public sector
unions...

I'll be LMFAO if the Liberal/Democrat/Marxist/Socialist's are indeed
brought back in chains.

I hope the revolution succeeds.

Why? They gonna rig the election?

The people will swallow the cum of the plutocrats just so long before
they will begin to understand they've been had.

They can only rig them a little. You have to have a "rig proof" majority
to win.

LOL!

Not necessary.

The people will swallow the cum of the plutocrats just so long before
they will begin to understand they've been had.

That's always true. And it's always true, Bruce. In fact, it's
why the Dems were swept out of office, in the first place. There's
nothing that says those fortunes can't change, but the truth is,
that the people of Wisconsin are behind the Governor. At least right
now. And the Dems In Exile are fast falling from grace with now
talks about recall elections to remove the Dems from office.

Which, actually, may be unnecessary. If they remain out of the
state long enough, they'll run afoul of existing laws and will lose
their offices, anyway. And that deadline is closing fast. They claim
they're working, while away, and are protected from the desertion
clauses, but that may be sophistry. If they claim they're working,
but are not available (in mass, yet), to vote on pending
legislation, then the law says they're not working. And the people
are in agreement.

But here's the part that's really sticking in the public
craw...The Democrats are remaining out of state to avoid facing a
vote they will most certainly lose. Effectively defeating the intent
of the votes who put the Republicans into office by majority in the
elections. Yet, these Wisconsin Democrats are the ones who said, in
significant numbers, after November of 2008, along with Demcrats
across the nation (including the President,) when asked if they were
going to work with Republicans: Elections have consequences. We won.

And they have the nerve to call Republicans hypocrites.

Now that elections have brought the consequence of a balance of
power to the other side, they refuse to play.

And the public is not sympathetic. To get back to your own
question: Rigging an election is not necessary.

You must get your news from the TV or WLS. 6 out of 10 Wisconsinites do
not support the governor. 7 out of 10 Americans support organized labor.
The Republicans are on another stupid right-wing power trip. They always
over-reach. Without fail. The People are awake.

Hmmm, you don't think that all the money the Supreme Court said Big
Business could throw into the political pot had anything to do with it?

There's nothing that
says those fortunes can't change, but the truth is, that the people of

Well, that theory of yours would not explain why the NBC / Wall Street
Journal poll showed that 77% of the people think public unions SHOULD be
allowed to have collective bargaining.

At least right now. And the Dems In
Exile are fast falling from grace with now talks about recall elections

To say nothing of all the talk to recall the Republican governor from
office.

Which, actually, may be unnecessary. If they remain out of the state
long enough, they'll run afoul of existing laws and will lose their
offices, anyway. And that deadline is closing fast. They claim they're
working, while away, and are protected from the desertion clauses, but

They may well lose, but they are trying to stick up for the middle
class. Let me give you an analogy: What about all the farmers that had
to paint their barn or plow the back 40? When George Washington came to
raise an army, it was a good thing for all of us that the back 40 took a
back seat.

As you seem to be on the side of Governor Walker, let me present you
with some facts and ask you a question…

*Apparently, you see no problem with teachers, nurses, librarians,
policemen and firemen losing their rights. Do you think they are just
supposed to blindly accept longer hours, possibly lower wages, larger
class sizes, whatever management can get away with? Basically, "My way
or the highway". Somehow, I don't think -you- would tolerate that.

*What about Walker trying to *ram rod* through in record time this bill
that also has a NO-BID clause for the state’s power plants. This should
be patently illegal for either party. “No-bid” is just an invitation for
corruption.

*Even though the “David Koch” was a fake, the point is that Walker
–believed- he was real. Legitimate people with legitimate government
business cannot get through to the governor on the first call and get 20
minutes of his uninterrupted time like "Koch" did. This would seem to
indicate that Walker thinks the Koch brothers are his true bosses.

*In this same bill, Walker is removing the salary income price cap on
vouchers for private schools. This would allow children of the wealthy
to attend private schools at tax payer's expense. Maybe you think this
is OK. Oh, I forgot. It seems this is consistent with the Republican
Standard Operating Procedure of taking away from the middle class and
poor and giving it to the wealthy. (Ask Lare about his Republican
Michigan governor giving Big Business two billion dollars and taking it
away from school children and the elderly pensioners -- and then having
the gall to call it "shared" sacrifice).

I know you are strongly Republican and apparently a big Walker
supporter, but how can you tolerate the unethical, sleazy facts above
that Walker is trying to pull?
