I know Cuban hams mostly use QSL managers in Spain. I've got 5 or 6
QSL cards from Cuba, but none have come direct. (Either from Spain or
the US for Guantanamo Bay).

I had a QSO with Arnie Coro a few weeks back and am waiting to see if
he sends a QSL card. I guess I will try sending one to him and see
what happens (and see what they say at the post office).

Hmmm - Interesting, could be a clue. I know RHC gets my mail - they
read my letters on the air, and I get e-mails back from them with
contests and stuff. It appears, however, that it may be a one-way
street, for now. At this point, I'd be quite happy with an e-QSL.
