Yesterday's QSL from Ecuador, likewise, came by registered mail, although it was not delayed as far as I can tell. RHCuba keeps threatening (by e-mail) to send a QSL, but they never come. Is there some weird postal rule that stuff coming in from Latin America must be registered or delayed or otherwise? Does such a rule extend to other nations/continents as well? Any insights appreciated...thanks! Bruce I know Cuban hams mostly use QSL managers in Spain. I've got 5 or 6 QSL cards from Cuba, but none have come direct. (Either from Spain or the US for Guantanamo Bay). I had a QSO with Arnie Coro a few weeks back and am waiting to see if he sends a QSL card. I guess I will try sending one to him and see what happens (and see what they say at the post office). Jim(MI) |

I know RHC gets my mail - they read my letters on the air, and I get e-mails back from them with contests and stuff. It appears, however, that it may be a one-way street, for now. At this point, I'd be quite happy with an e-QSL. Bruce |
