Default Radio Verdad, Guatemala on 4055 kHz

Apparently, R. Verdad, Chiquimula, Guatemala is back to full power
(700 watts, per their website and letters to G. Hauser). Ample
evidence was also provided by their signal last night, which was the
most potent I have ever hard it. Propagation on March 26 early AM UTC
was amazing in many respects already, but their signal was pumping in
here at S-8 with the preamps off, a first. Armchair for the first
time.

And, a minor adjustment to their frequency, now 4055.00 kHz.
