No they were put in during construction for quick removal,maybe the
detonaters were conected during that time!

Then clearly the building plans, contract documents, inspectors, and so
on would know ALL about them, right?

Interesting that absolutely NO ONE recalls such devices, no plans exist
of their inclusion in the building, nor the fact that no other building
build during this time has been shown to include such devices in their
construction.
