Yes, a genius friend of mine is claiming that there are time travelers
coming back from the future and attempting to halt any actions/paths
which will avert the coming bad times. *His description of them sounds
very much like a future version of the shadow government we see in
action, behind the curtain, today.

It is interesting to hear him explain it. *When I ask him, "Do you
really believe this?" *He answers, "Tell me a better explanation which
would account for it ..."

He says Jamestown, Waco, the middle east, Libya, etc. are all being done
on purpose to influence the trend of events -- by time travelers.

Not by time travelers but the CIA.They were testing their brainwashing
tecnique in jones town,waco and at the spahn Ranch.Jim Jones,Charles
Manson and David Koresh were all victims of project monarch and the

The funny part is is that its not reative to anything. Einstein simply
noticed all the mathmatical formulas for energy all had reative
components in figuring energy but with out using all the specific
criteria you cant make any kind of energy at all. So with that being
said you cant travel faster than time nor slower than time. because
his theory is not a formula at all it is a simple observation in
comparing energy equasions!
