For the claim that Obama was born outside the USA to have any
validity, you would have to show that hos mother had been outside the
USA the day he was born. Thus far, that hasn't been done.

An birth notices in newspapers are not good enough, since anyone can buy
such birth notices for a few bucks.

Fark, As far as the University knew, I lived in Salem (Or) for
sixteen years after I graduated. Never mind that I was physically in
other towns or states). That was the address of record, a stable
address I could use.
