Default Slow Scan Television (Unidentified)

SSTV on 6930 kHz @ 0045 UTC. Sounds like Scottie 1 mode. Appeared to
be an AM signal on the SDR display. Unidentified. Too weak to get any
picture resolved. Was reported on 6925 kHz last night. Using MMSSTV
program.

Is there such a thing as a TV broadcasting service on SW? Not SSTV (Slow Scan TV) -- but some modern digital equivalt based on H.323 or MPEG... http://CBC.am/ Shortwave 3 November 30th 03 11:25 PM
