So let's see, Spending 32.65% of the GDP Meanwhile we increase the debt by 1.34% of the GDP each year. So tell me, how long until we are bankrupt? |

It wasn't a healthcare plan, as you noted it was mostly insurance reform. The costs came during the debates (what there were on it....). -- RD (The Sandman) Thought for the day....... If you take over the controls of an aircraft that someone has put into a steep dive, you can't just yank the controls back to level it off, either. Well, you can, but if the aircraft has electronic over-rides, it will only apply the correction in relation to what the plane can handle ... now, in fighter/military aircraft, that can be VERY dramatic, possibly creating g-forces which will black out the pilot ... If structural design limits were allowed to be ignored, the plane/aircraft would simply begin losing pieces of itself, or worse. Regards, JS |

In a spin, the first thing to do is put your nose down to gain some airspeed, so you have some control. (Some planes recover well from spins, others don't). -- "In no part of the constitution is more wisdom to be found, than in the clause which confides the question of war or peace to the legislature, and not to the executive department." - James Madison |
