11/20/11 - Unidentified continuous Oriental music on 18180 kHz. 0045
UTC. Possibly jamming? Strong signal.

Sound of Hope via Taiwan uses the frequency 2000-1700. Though what you heard
was most likely the Chinese jammer (aka Firedrake) against it.
