Default Looking for help with Arabic UNID on 15349.1 at 1915 UTC

Can anyone help IDing an Arabic-speaking station on
15349.1 at 1915 UTC? Good-to-VG signal. Prime
candidates seem to be RTVM-Morocco (missing from
regular 15345) or Oman (assigned 15350). Signal better
than usual from either. Programming sounded more
like Oman, but signal strength has me thinking RTVM.
