On the web, go to radioreference.com. It covers all aspects of radio
communication, but is primarily oriented to public safety communications.

Just below the top banner, click on 'live audio'. You may or may not have
to download a program, but it should work. There is a forum devoted to
'live feeds'. Have fun.
