UPDATE: Amazon.com have, at last, removed the 'not available' notice from the WRTH 2015 edition.
It has taken considerable effort by the publisher to achieve this but, finally, WRTH can be ordered from Amazon.com without delay!

No - I received mine after making a pre issue order in Dec 2014 and it arrived OK.

Have you had a problem?

Elsehwere, someone reported there had been some problems, people ordering
in advance, and then basically forgotten because the status at Amazon
was "still to come". SOme people apparently cancelled, and then ordered
again, and that fixed the problem.
