Default Yaesu FRG-7000 Repair?

בתאריך יום שבת, 8 במרץ 1997 בשעה 10:00:00 UTC+2, מאת Colin Chisholm:
After 16+ years of faithful service, my Yaesu FRG-7000 has gone "belly
up". At least, the tuning display has gone "wacko" and seems barely able
to pick up strong local AM stations.

Does anyone know if this thing would be repairable/is it worth it?

-Colin.
