Vassilis I have consulted a very high ranking official familiar with amateur radio laws and regulations.
Your actions are quite justified as you are being systemically discriminated against thereby denying your right to attain an amateur radio license. Therefore under provisions included in Article 303 Section 47 Subsection 19 Paragraphs 18 through 76 of International Law Code governing amateur radio you have the right to exercise all functions of a licensed amateur radio station. So you may proceed. Welcome to the wonderful hobby of ham radio! And on a personal note I would like to apologize for the inexcusable attacks upon you by this group. Rest assured their opinions are not representative of the majority. They are those of a small clique of sick individuals who gain pleasure from attacking individuals who have been victimized by the system. They are very sick people. It is a shame you had to endure their abuse. Wishing you all the best. May God bless you Vassilis. |

What I complain about is the "argument" that has happened on the repeaters, with some hams saying that I should be left to transmit because of the fact I cannot go to the exams for the past 5 years and with others calling me and my supporters "faggots who do not deserve to have a VHF transceiver".Now should I jam the **** out of them and possibly triangulate and/or sabotage their installations?I know that if you short circuit the antenna with a 220V supply the transmitter the transmitter will burn. By operating illegally, you ARE causing trouble. As for what they are calling you - they are 100% correct, based on your actions. I just hope for your sake the Greek Ministry of Transports-communications doesn't catch up with you. You will be even more unhappy than you are now. How AM I causing trouble?I know where to not broadcast, where the military and emergency communications are and I know which power is the maximum possible in my country. They have no caught me because I usually am in the freebander channel The ham band is between 144-145 mhz.Now I could buy this handheld because it was quite discounted (20 euro). Locating me??I have a handheld.Even they find where I am I can and will hide the transceiver. They can't search my house unless the prosecutor issues an order for that which is almost impossible. They haven't found me for the past 6 years xDD Your regulations are retarded and this is a fact. This whole **** was made up for the retarded hellenic republic to profit from.Because the exams require a fee of 25 euro. The police uses the tetra radio system on 900mhz.So does the fire service and the EMS. Interfering with them is impossible and a tetra handheld costs over 600 euro. Legal authority is a joke. The bands are free for everyone.Radio waves are a natural thing that exists. The exams are hard to do and set at an unsuitable date. That is a fact.We are not 45 year old lazy arseholes who haven't studied for a degree and got their licence at age 13 or so. You, by your own admission, are operating illegally, jamming legal operators and threatening to damage their equipment. You are a perfect example of why there are regulations and licensing requirements. Your kind is not wanted in a civilized society. I jam and threaten to sabotage legal operators because of their behaviour. They will only learn the bad way.If their behaviour won't stop I will jam the repeater.I once pressed so often that the system of the repeater stuck and someone had to get on the mountain to fix it.I have done and I will do it again if their behaviour continues this way. Regulations do not exist because of my behaviour.I protest against them, and I willingly violate them to show that they are wrong and unfair.Personally I believe I am operating just fine and that the law is wrong. But their attitude towards us is what makes me furious. |
