If an Ebay sale I would certainly ask the seller about that, though
questions need to be asked before you buy. There are a couple of people
who might work on the radio for you...let me know your direct email and
I can send you names...

For the moment I’m ok, the eBay seller has taken the radio back to have a
look at it and check it out.

I would be interested in repairer details though and my email address here is
real.
