Another example of somebody just making stuff up. +ACI-forest management+ACI isn't responsible for the blackouts. They need to clear cut around the power lines, they don't need to clear cut the whole damn forest. Even the tree huggers are OK with clear cutting around the power lines.

Most of the forests in California are managed by the Federal Government (now run by the +ACI-TRUMP+ACI administration) and not the State of California.
