Default My Baofeng radio is dead for good.

My Baofeng GT-3TP maybe not that dead?
Just scanned through manual, it has 1/4/8 Watts power selection, so I guess it can be used as an FRS radio in 4 Watts mode Tx?
Also, as an Rx and scanner.
Keep it, save it from junk!
