Default 12.095 Telex decoding ? R-75

Hi All:
In trying to listen to the BBC, broadcast from Ascension Island to Africa,

I've been hearing lots of Telex on USB

- Have Any of you heard of a way to decode this Telex;

- HAVE any of you decoded this

- and what are they broadcasting ??

With a decoder. For an idea of what's out there in the way of decoders:

Done it before, but not for many, many years.

At least on that frequency Paris Naval Radio (FUB) used to be there. Most of
the stuff out there these days is encrypted, it might be decoded to display
what is being sent, but it will still be encrypted.

Many years ago there were a lot of news services that operated on HF that were
quite interesting to decode, but virtually all of that type of stuff has gone
to satellite.

Still, there are a lot of folks who use the decoders to search out a lot of
different things.
