BBC transmitter glitch

This morning (July 6, 2003) the BBC relay transmitter site in Antigua
had a few problems and dropped out on 15190 several times around 1200.
At that time it was possible to hear the Radio Canada International
transmission to East Asia in English signing on. That particular
transmission originates from the Yamata transmitter site in Japan.
