troll sock puppets that have popped up in these groups as of late.

You might even try working a little "smarter" and using an alias as well as
a spam stopper email address (mine is ).
It won't protect you from someone reporting you for really nasty usenet
abuse (you can still be found by authorities) but at least you don't have to
worry about having a statement made in the heat of a moment that you regret
tied to your name forever in cyberspace.
