The only reception of VoK I can report was a couple nights ago (around
1500/1600 UTC) on 13760 and in spanish. Good signal though. And I'm in
Houston.

years.
Even when the signal is audible, I can't understand 1/2 of what the
commentators
say due to their *heavy* accents.

The non-English transmissions seem to be stronger.
