I have a couple of QSL Cards from Radio Berlin International, are they
considered the same country as Deutsche Welle as far as QSL country
counts are considered ?
and also what about Radio Prague - when it was only Czeckslovakia, same deal

Depends on the "effective" dates of the QSL cards, I would think. Radio
Berlin International used to count as an "East Germany" QSL when I got their
card in 1968...
