Default Radio Mexico International

Radio Mexico must have timeshifted it's English transmission from that
posted at http://www.eibi.de.vu/.

I am hearing English at 1400 on 9705 vs. the 1500 as shown in the
schedules.

I'm 300 miles north and at 1427 I couldn't get "nothing". You must be
getting a nice bounce.

2300 UTC out 9705 is the VOA at +30DB and 11770 is NHK Japan also at +20 DB

Actually Japan signed off at 2301 UTC on 11770 Khz leaving 2 other weaker
chinese speaking
stations mixing together there and slight splash from Radio Romania Int.
V.strong with a
English new broadcast on 11775Khz.
