Default USB chatter on 1000 khz

Hearing a LOT of USB chatter on 10000 khz..
Dont understand spanish, but did hear someone mention "Colombia". Maybe
someone who speaks spanish can
listen in and find out what the scoop is with these jokers.

These stations like to 'piggyback' on WWV because they assume there will
be no interference from other stations, except of course from WWV, which
is usually not a problem. The continuous audio tones of WWV don't
interfere much, when the other station is transmitting an SSB voice
message.
