Iam new person to shortwave radio ,while turning the dail on my shortwave
radio i pickup on freq.9330 at utc0hrs to2hrs radio marti ,but according to
passport to world band radio it should been wbcq not radio marti what
gives.john.

By now, Passport is probably pretty out dated.
