ShortWaveLog can do that. It controls some Kenwood SWL radios and may
other brands. Its not designed for amateur radio, however.

Thanks so much for the input about Short Wave Log. Wow, its almost a
15 download! My poor dial up connection, but I will give it a try. I
see that it doesn't state that Kenwood is a supported radio on its
website, but I will give it a try anyway and check it out.
