But, since the local politicians would call it an unfunded federal mandate, no locals would lose their jobs. Whatta deal! We have some pretty sharp lawyers around here. I'm a little surprised an ambulance load of shiny-suited, diamond pinky-ringed sharks weren't sent to help in the California case..Maybe nobody could arrange the early releases on time. .
