The database file I downloaded from http://www.eibi.de.vu/ lists:

know what language the code was referring to, but is directed to eastern
africa. The signal was pretty good. They had a political discussion of some
sort with the word "democracy" mentioned many times, and then some african
style music.

The language code is AH, that is Amharic, a language used in Ethiopia. You'll
find the language codes at or near the bottom of the schedules page.
