stake and burnt her alive. Or there is Monetzuma and the Spanish. He
converted to Christianity under force, and was garotted to death for the
good of his soul. If we gave you your choice, which would you like ? We
would gladly give you the same range of choices they give a man about to be
injected with lethal chemicals - just so we can be rid of you: for the good
of your soul of course.
