Default BBC on 12.095 fairly strong signal

Hi all:
Its 17:46 UTC ; 01:45 on the U.S East Coast.

BBC on 12.095 is coming in strong enough to be picked up on my
JWIN JX-M14 ( Off The Whip No Less !! )

- Has BBC upped the transmitting power or are conditions just favorable..

Anyone know??

Dan

You must have your own Ionospherizer like HAARP LOL. Wish I had one
sometimes - makes it easy to have your own personal ionosphere for shortwave
reception g.

Very strong here in North NJ. No fading and little noise. S15 to S20 with
no preamp.

Got an audible signal here in Boston at 1831 UTC. Lots of QSB, but
listenable.

I need a little extra antenna, though.

Dan,

The BBC WS on 12095 is coming from the Ascension Island in the Atlantic
Ocean. I hear them often out here and early as 2300 hrs GMT. I can also hear
them on 9740 and 9410 at that time. I hear them often on the Frequency.

Good Listening and DX!--
