Perhaps not strange at all when one considers that the ionosphere has been at
storm conditions.

between 10:30 am to 12:30 pm EDT (1430 - 1630 UTC) at 15220 KHz. I
couldn't
pick it up at all today on any of my receivers (Sat-800, DX-398 and

400PE) and it usually comes in very strong. We did have stormy weather
today
but I was still able to pick up the BBC (15190 KHz) with my Sat-800
although
it was very bad.
