Diego Garcia 13254

For the past half hour or so (since 2330) I've been hearing quite a bit
of activity on 13254 from Diego Tower (Diego Garcia).

Weak, but in the clear. Signal sounds a bit warbly at times as it makes
it's way through our troubled ionosphere.
