Yep, worst reception ever.
I ran every band from 90 to 13 meters tonight between 01:00 to 01:45.
All the usual "heavy hitters" were right where they normally are, but everyone of them (save one) sounded ike a 1000 watt station from Timbuktu. The only exception was VOA at 11690, which was strong, steady and clear(?) All other frequencies I heard it on were awful. This is the worst I ever remember it, but I'm sure it will clear up in a few (maybe quite a few?) days. The MW band is excellent. No distant stations, which means that every
channel has a local that's actually audible, from groundwave, rather than a mush of a hundred skywaves on every frequency. -- Ron Hardin On the internet, nobody knows you're a jerk. |

Actually, I was just about to start some MW DX when I read your post. So if you'll excuse me now . . .
