I ran every band from 90 to 13 meters tonight between 01:00 to 01:45.
All the usual "heavy hitters" were right where they normally are, but everyone of them (save one) sounded ike a 1000 watt station from Timbuktu. The only exception was VOA at 11690, which was strong, steady and clear(?) All other frequencies I heard it on were awful. This is the worst I ever remember it, but I'm sure it will clear up in a few (maybe quite a few?) days.
