I hear just noise at 1400 UTC November 30th. I am in Maine. My guess is you're listening too early. Offical "FCC sunrise" at KSL for November is 1415UTC, and this late in the month actual sunrise is probably 10-20 minutes later. 26MHz won't be open for low-powered signals like this until at least (Utah) sunrise if not an hour or two later. I'd start looking around 1600 and expect to hear it by 1800. It's also possible the 26MHz transmitter is not on the air 24/7. They are currently booming in here at 1845 30 Nov.
