Hateful words, according to a "U.N. Tribunal", can now be considered "war
Crimes".

Caused the death of thousands of civilians", hell, the same can be said
of the Mainstream media, promoting unrestrained sex, correlating sex with
violence, promoting violence, promoting drug use, promoting idiotic
behavior, (Jackass from MTV comes to mind), promoting abortion, etc.,
etc., etc.

Hate Speech, though in this case the offenders probably actually called
for the murder and desolation of a specific group of people and their
properties, one has to fear the broader application of such reasoning.

Hate Speech may be more in the ears of the offended than it is in the
mouth of the offender.
